Generally, the ordinary carton making process is roughly divided into seven aspects: design, proofing, cardboard selection, printing, surface treatment, beer, and mounting. 1. Design: According to customer requirements, product features, etc., design packaging patterns for products.

2. Proofing: According to the designed pattern, select the good material, we will make a gift box of renderings, and then make actual adjustments.

3. Cardboard selection: Cardboard or longboard is generally used to make cartons on the market. According to actual needs, if we want to do a better job, we use cardboard with a thickness of 3mm to 6mm to manually mount the outer decorative surface. Glue together and you're done.

4. Printing: Through modern mold and other processes, if you need to print some concave and convex patterns on the carton, the cost of this part is higher, and the printing process requirements are also higher.

5. Surface treatment: Generally speaking, the packaging of the carton should be surface treated, otherwise it will be rough. Often used are glossy glue, too dumb glue, too dumb and so on.

6. Beer: Beer is an important part of the printing process. If the beer is to be accurate, the die must be accurate, so this is very important. If the beer is not accurate, it will have a certain impact on the subsequent processing.

7. Mounting: Normally, prints are mounted first and then beer, except for the clutch, which is first beer and then mounted.
