Have you ever done several techniques of bronzing?

With the development of society and economy, people's requirements for aesthetics are getting higher and higher, and the printing industry technology is required to be continuously improved. Hot stamping technology has more innovations in the application of materials and processes, which enriches the expression of printing technology. Now let's talk about the seven types of hot stamping processes:
1. Flat ironing (yang ironing)
The most common bronzing, with white space around it, is for the purpose of highlighting the bronzing body. Compared with other bronzing, the production process is relatively simple. If the number is not large, the corrosion bronzing version can be used, such as: corrosion copper plate, corrosion zinc plate. However, due to the relatively large environmental pollution caused by the corrosion process, the country has stricter supervision in recent years, and the engraving flat ironing plate can be used, and the bronzing effect is more beautiful and fine.
Reverse scalding (yin scalding)
Contrary to the flat ironing production method, the subject part is left blank, and the background part is bronzing. The size of the hot stamping area is determined according to the needs of the screen design. If the area of the gold foil is large, it is necessary to consider whether its adhesion performance meets the process requirements.
2, seal inscription hot
According to the needs of the picture, the bronzing and the printing part are skillfully combined, and the bronzing is first printed. During the production process, the alignment is high, and the alignment needs to be accurate to get the perfect effect.
3. Refraction ironing
When making a hot stamping plate, the main image and the background graphics are separated by different thickness or direction lines to form a refraction effect, emphasizing the artistic sense of graphic lines, usually using a laser engraving plate.
4. Multiple perm
Repeating bronzing more than twice in the same graphic area requires multiple processes. At the same time, it is necessary to pay attention to whether the two gold foils are compatible to prevent the phenomenon of weak adhesion.
5. Three-dimensional hot stamping (hot stamping, one-time forming version, hot stamping gravure)
The same method as bronzing and embossing, but three-dimensional bronzing pays more attention to bronzing texture rather than embossing effect. Usually, embossed bronzing version is used, and the bulge height needs to be within the range that the surface tension of gold foil can bear. The products processed by the three-dimensional hot stamping technology show a relief-like three-dimensional pattern effect, so the method of printing first and then hot stamping is adopted. Due to its high precision and high quality requirements, it is more suitable to use hot stamping technology, just as you can imagine. Likewise, designers need to carefully consider texture, weight, gold foil and ink when choosing paper or other carrier materials for a 3D foil stamping process. Front and back alignment is also critical. At the same time, the thickness of the paper will limit the quality and effect of the finished product during your operation. For example, paper that is too thin or has poor toughness can cause widespread cracking problems.
6. Special effect texture hot stamping
According to creative needs, special effects hot stamping is produced to highlight different special mechanism effects.
